  • Rough times? Economic woes? Bad economy?

    5 Rules to help you through it all.

    Rule #1: Don't panic. If your team sees you panic they will too.  Stay calm and cool, unless you are a frantic worry wart, in which case just act normal. Communicate with your staff and let them know where the business stands.  Ask them for ideas to help get through the rough spots.  Many times you will be surprised what they will come up with.


  • A Sale is a Sale is a Sale... and Then Some.

    Sales are tough to come by these days, so it is important not miss any opportunities.  On the web, in stores, or at home parties, sales will not happen with the end customer if they don't have access to the product.  By "access" we mean the opportunity to purchase it, whether through a web site, ordering it from a catalog, or ordering it in the store.


  • Time Has a Cost

    The most precious resources we have is time, and we never seem to have enough of it.  In business time has a cost.  We pay people to work for us, we pay them for their time, but often as business owners we forget what our time is worth.  Usually it is worth a lot more that what we pay others.  Spend your time wisely.


  • What We Learned at the ILS

    The April International Lingerie Show was great!  It was wonderful to see many of our friends and customers, and make some new ones as well.  Back home, we are already looking forward to the September ILS!
